Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences for all travelers.
  • Negotiate and secure the best possible rates with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors, maximizing cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Provide expert travel advice and guidance to clients, offering insights on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance to ensure safe and informed travel decisions.
  • Handle travel-related emergencies and disruptions, providing prompt and effective solutions to minimize impact and maintain traveler safety and satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess relevant certifications in travel and tourism, such as a Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) certification or similar credentials.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in the travel industry, with a focus on corporate or leisure travel.
  • Demonstrated experience in hospitality or customer service, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
