Transformer Design & Production Specialist (Dry-Type) Core and Coil Transformers Assembling LLC

We specialize in producing high-quality, efficient dry-type transformers and are looking for a multi-talented individual to take a leading role in our technical operations. Role Summary This is a unique, hands-on leadership role for a professional who is both an engineer and a master craftsman. We are seeking a Transformer Design & Production Specialist who can independently manage the entire lifecycle of dry-type transformer production. You will be responsible for designing single and three-phase transformers based on specifications, and then personally building, assembling, and testing the final product. This role is perfect for a self-starting problem-solver who enjoys taking full ownership of their work from the drawing board to the finished product. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Engineering Specification Analysis: Interpret customer requirements to determine power ratings (kVA), voltage levels, phase, and efficiency targets. Electrical Design: Independently perform all necessary calculations for core and winding design, focusing on maximizing efficiency and minimizing material losses. Technical Drawings: Create clear and accurate manufacturing drawings and schematics for production. Material Selection: Select the optimal grade of CRGO steel, conductor types, and insulation materials for each project. 2. Hands-On Production & Assembly Winding: Personally operate winding machinery to produce high-quality Low Voltage and High Voltage coils. Core & Coil Assembly: Assemble the core, mount the coils, perform top yoke stacking, and complete all internal connections. Encapsulation: Prepare and execute the encapsulation process. Final Assembly: Fit the finished active part into its enclosure and install all necessary terminals and fittings. Testing: Conduct a full suite of quality and performance tests to ensure the product meets all specifications.
