Roles & Responsibilities

Training and Quality Manager


Formation

  • Conduct an annual analysis of training needs
  • Development and monitoring of the implementation of the annual training plan
  • integrate the hotel's training strategy into the hotel's overall strategy
  • Manage and implement the company's training programs, and lead training sessions using teaching methods adapted to an adult audience.
  • To offer training courses designed to support quality standards
  • Maximize learning by providing a creative and stimulating environment during training sessions
  • Ensuring the integration of new employees and new interns
  • Organize the training schedule
  • Managing the training activity budget
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Qualit

  • Monitoring compliance with quality rules established by senior management
  • Monitor the implementation of these procedures
  • Help improve services in line with the brand and strive for excellence at all levels
  • Control and monitoring of the correct application of the brand's standards and brand markers by the relevant departments.
  • Control and monitoring of action plans related to the mystery shopper visit;
  • Lead by example by strictly adhering to Sofitel values, brand codes, and guidelines regarding dress and presentation.
  • Manage the hotel's LinkedIn account (posting T&C events, recruitment, etc.).
  • Organize and manage the hotel's T&C events calendar.
  • To control and enforce brand codes regarding employee dress and presentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and delivering training courses, ideally in a hotel or tourism environment.

Excellent communication skills , both oral and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.

Strong team spirit combined with strong initiative , capable of working effectively in collaboration while also knowing how to make autonomous decisions.

Strong sense of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in common computer tools (office suite, training software, etc.).
