Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ROLE SUMMARY
- Lead the delivery & implementation of all the total rewards programs according to the services Catalogue (attached below).
- Lead, coach, train and develop a team of motivated, bright and highly competent Total Rewards delivery professional.
- Ensure a consistent service delivery of TR services to MAF group according to SLAs/KPIs.
- Continuously monitoring service standards, driving customer service excellence and creating a customer-oriented mindset across teams.
- Identify and implement service delivery improvement opportunities and projects each year that support the organization s strategic and financial goals.
- Creates an environment that promotes a high performing team atmosphere with motivation to learn and grow.
- Work in partnership with Centers of Excellence and the HR Business Partner organization to understand insights and ensure successful delivery of total reward programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years' experience in the core compensation and Benefits field with a minimum of three years in a leadership role.
- Practical & Excellent knowledge of defining process, SLAs and workload management.
- Ability to take initiative and have a strong sense of ownership over shaping and executing upon our strategy and prioritized initiatives.
- Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating strategic initiatives with senior leaders.
- A strong knowledge of multiple Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies specially KornFerry Certified Job evaluator with a proven record of leading job evaluation projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years' experience in the core compensation and Benefits field with a minimum of three years in a leadership role.
- Univerisity degree , preferably an MBA
