Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate employee attendance, working hours, overtime, and leaves.
  • Ensure timely and correct entry of attendance data into the timekeeping system.
  • Monitor and verify daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets.
  • Report attendance discrepancies or irregularities to supervisors/HR.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate salary processing based on time records.
  • Prepare and submit attendance and overtime reports as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and timekeeping data.
  • Assist in troubleshooting timekeeping devices or systems (e.g., biometric machines).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company attendance policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding attendance or leave balances.
