Sales Profile - Animal Farm Inputs

We deliver innovative products that improve bedding management, enhance animal health, and boost farm productivity for poultry and dairy producers.


Position: Sales Executive Animal Farm Inputs & Feed Solutions

Location: Dubai (UAE), with frequent travel into Saudi Arabia
Probation: 6-month trial period
Compensation: AED 5,000 basic + 10 % uncapped commission (on net invoiced sales)

Key Responsibilities

  • You will identify and schedule meetings with poultry and dairy producers, integrators, and veterinary distributors to present our animal-care and feed portfolio.
  • You will negotiate commercial terms with new channel partners and manage post-sales relations to secure repeat orders.
  • You will conduct on-farm visits, oversee product trials, analyze performance metrics, and generate follow-up reports.
  • You will map high-potential territories across the UAE and support our Saudi Arabia expansion plan.
  • You will maintain CRM records, submit weekly sales forecasts, and track competitor activity.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales in animal feed, animal farm inputs, or related animal-care products.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively ( 60 % field time).
