Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through calls and follow-ups, effectively introducing real estate services tailored to their needs.
Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of all communications to ensure a seamless experience.
Develop and articulate persuasive sales pitches that highlight the unique selling points of properties, attracting and engaging potential buyers.
Identify and qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and preferences to ensure a targeted approach in the sales process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding real estate concepts.
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the real estate sector, showcasing a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Real estate certification or license is preferred, reflecting a commitment to professionalism and industry standards.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, enabling efficient lead management and communication tracking.
