Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for Forex trading clients
- Explain account types, leverage, spreads, MT5 platform basics
- Guide clients through registration, KYC & deposit process
- Convert qualified leads from Meta Ads & website signups
- Provide professional assistance while maintaining compliance
- Maintain CRM updates & follow-up schedules
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Minimum 1 year Forex industry experience (mandatory)
- Professional English proficiency; Arabic preferred
- Knowledge of MT5, ECN spreads, leverage & trading conditions
- Target-driven, confident, and presentable
