Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage potential customers through outbound calls, effectively introducing products tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting of sales activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments during calls to recommend the best solutions, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by employing persuasive communication techniques and closing strategies that resonate with prospects.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any concerns or questions to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends to confidently answer inquiries and overcome objections during calls.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge of sales principles.
- 1-3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, demonstrating a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, enabling effective lead management and sales tracking.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong asset, catering to diverse customer bases and enhancing communication.
- Strong persuasive skills coupled with active listening abilities, allowing for meaningful connections with potential customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring polished presentations and effective data management.
