Requirements :

Experience: Prior experience in telesales, call center, or customer service roles, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, services, and skincare products, such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and facials.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, explain services clearly, and handle objections.
Sales Orientation: Proven ability to meet sales targets, upsell services, and demonstrate strong persuasive techniques in a call center environment.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and empathetic approach to managing customer inquiries and concerns.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Attention to Detail: Accurate in entering data and scheduling appointments to ensure seamless client experiences.
