Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients interested in Work and Tourist Visa services for Europe, the UK, and USA, following a professional sales script. Educate clients about visa application processes, required documents, and available services. Conduct telephonic market research to understand client needs and suggest tailored visa solutions. Maintain accurate records of all client inquiries, applications, and follow-ups using basic computer programs. Achieve daily and weekly sales/conversion targets through persuasive communication, relationship-building, and service-oriented approaches.
Desired Candidate Profile
We are hiring Telemarketing Executives for our Work & Tourist Visa Services across Europe, the UK, and the USA. If you have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam, and experience in sales or visa consultancy, we want to hear from you! Even if you have a little knowledge, it’s fine — but not least.
Note: Candidates must have their own valid visa with good validity. The company does not provide employment visas.
