Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller with fluency in Kannada and telugu to join our fast-paced BPO team. The selected candidate will engage with customers over phone calls to provide information, resolve issues, and promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
• Communicate fluently in Kannada (mandatory), and also in Hindi/English if required
• Explain products/services in a clear and convincing manner
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
• Update and maintain customer data in CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / BPO (preferred)
• Fluent in Kannada and Telugu (mandatory), Hindi/English is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Age below 28 years preferred
