Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our products or services, and generating interest or sales leads. You should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and resolve any doubts or queries.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner if required.
- Handle grievances and escalate when necessary.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Prior experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Patience, persistence, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
- Experience in real estate, BPO, customer support,call center, etc.
- Familiarity with tele-sales or lead generation techniques.
