Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote IT products and services

  • Identify client needs, qualify leads, and schedule product demos or meetings Maintain strong understanding of offered IT solutions and market trends Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales KPIs Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce/etc.)

  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to follow up with leads

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of IT concepts (cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

  • Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency/visa

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written)

  • Minimum 1–3 years of tele sales experience in the IT industry (e.g., SaaS, software, hardware, managed services)
