Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote IT products and services
Identify client needs, qualify leads, and schedule product demos or meetings Maintain strong understanding of offered IT solutions and market trends Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales KPIs Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce/etc.)
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to follow up with leads
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of IT concepts (cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency/visa
Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written)
Minimum 1–3 years of tele sales experience in the IT industry (e.g., SaaS, software, hardware, managed services)
