Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and manage client interactions.
Work with team to achieve sales targets.
Active to handle multiple calls and regular follow-ups to convert potential clients.
Strong communication, negotiation & client management skills.
Professional approach with problem-solving mindset.
Maintain accurate call and lead records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 to 5+ years in Real Estate Sales Consultant/Tele calling.
Fluent in Hindi/Urdu & English (Arabic/other languages a plus).
Daily/weekly and monthly KPI reporting and target achievements.
Quick, persuasive, and strategic thinker.
