Tele Sales Executive ( Female ) Dynatech Training & Consultancy

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products and services, closing sales, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. This is a work-from-office role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers Clearly explain and promote products/services Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information Build rapport with clients and identify sales opportunities Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Requirements: Fluency in English is a must (spoken and written) Previous telesales or call center experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a passion for sales Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Must be based in UAE and available to work from office Candidates on Husband or Family Visa are highly preferred
