Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company s financial advisory, corporate, and digital solutions.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored information about mortgage consultancy, financing brokerage, and corporate services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide detailed information about service offerings.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company services, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and ethical standards during all client interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a related customer engagement role.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing leads and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting performance targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Excellent listening skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales or engagement targets.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company s values and services.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn about new services.
