Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and pipe damage, ensuring efficient water flow and preventing future problems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures, adhering to safety codes and regulations.
  • Respond to emergency calls promptly, assessing and resolving urgent plumbing and electrical issues to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to accurately identify and execute plumbing and electrical installations and repairs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

  • Holds a valid Plumbing and Electrical License, showcasing formal training and professional recognition.

  • Certified in relevant areas such as OSHA 30 or similar, highlighting commitment to safety standards.

  • Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in plumbing and electrical work, indicating practical expertise.
