Technician – Electrical / Mechanical (Crane & Plant)

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic drawings
• Skilled in conducting planned maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
• Familiarity with safety regulations, capable of working at heights
• Good English communication skills

For Electrical Technicians (Crane & Plant):

• Knowledge of industrial control circuits (motor starters, control panel wiring, etc.)
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of AC & DC motors, inverters, and converters
• Experience with PLC systems
• Understanding of industrial control components: contactors, timers, proximity switches, overload relays, etc.
• Basic electronics knowledge: capacitors, diodes, rectifiers, transistors, SCR, IGBT, etc.

For Mechanical Technicians (Crane):

• Proficiency in crane mechanical maintenance, including gearboxes, hoists, hydraulic systems, and structural components
• Strong understanding of mechanical fault diagnosis and component replacement
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a workshop or field environment

For Plant Technicians (Electrical):

• Experience in plant machinery electrical systems
• Precision measurement skills
• Knowledge of automobile engine repair (desirable)
• Cross-functional knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial settings
