Job DescriptionCarry out the scheduled preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, breakdown, plant assistance, and condition based monitoring (predictive maintenance) of plant and machineries with modification works and Capex related work assistance (if applicable) for efficient working of production units with optimum running condition.Strategic RESPONSIBILITIES N/A.Operational Troubleshoot and repair all related equipments and its components to minimize down time. Execute the scheduled maintenance activities with in allotted time. Upgrade the existing system including fabrication, erection and hook-up new system as directed by superiors. Routine inspection and lubrication of equiment as per schedule and keep records of all the maintenance activities. Update superiors with the information which could be helpful in analysis of the fault and the actual practical troubles. Regular inspection of all the functional equipments under normally running condition as a part of predictive maintenance. As a central maintenance personal, contribute and carryout breakdowns round the clock in all the plants of the company. Well verse with the safety requirements and work permit to carry out safe work and maintain good housekeeping. Inform to superiors on time about abnormal behavior of any equipment, which he noticed while his routine inspection and lubrication. Full compliance with safety rules and regulation (PTW and LOTO compliances). To carry out works after implementing personnel protective equipments, follow safe acts and insure safe working condition. To train Trainee technicianMechanical about subject matters and safety practices.People Management N/A.Product/Process Improvement N/A.QualificationsEducation & Certifications: PREFERRED : Holder of ITI certificate in mechanical discipline,Technical Diploma. MINIMUM : Holder of ITI certificate in mechanical discipline,Technical Diploma.Knowledge & Skill Knowledge on alignment tools, lifting tools and power tool usage. Should be capable to read mechanical drawings, catalogues and to do fabrication jobs in various metals. Should be Flexible, good team member and capable to grasp new equipment trainings.Experience PREFERRED : Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of industrial equipments. MINIMUM : Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance of industrial equipments.
