Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Java-based application development and hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical depth, project leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to successfully deliver enterprise-level AI-enabled solutions.


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects involving Java applications and Generative AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data scientists, architects, product owners) to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and oversee their implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams on Java frameworks (Spring Boot, microservices) and AI/ML integration.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards in deployed solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–15 years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
