Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on client projects in Dubai while being a critical part of Bizinso s growth journey. Initial training will take place in Mumbai to familiarize you with project requirements, followed by permanent relocation to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to teams and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master s degree preferred).

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT services.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based technologies. Proficiency in MVC, Laravel, Django, PHP, Javascript, Vue JS, React Js, etc.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
