Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Sheet Metal Technical Manager to lead design, engineering, and production planning for complex, high-end architectural and structural metal projects. The role focuses primarily on architectural sheet metal, steel-based façade elements, and bespoke cladding systems.


  • Lead the complete technical function covering design detailing, fabrication, and installation coordination for architectural and structural sheet metal works (e.g., complex panels, sculptural façades, stainless steel envelopes).
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams through all stages—from conceptual design to on-site execution.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and project management teams to ensure precision and constructability.
  • Drive optimization in material use, fabrication methods, and workflow efficiency using modern tools and automation concepts.
  • Ensure alignment with international façade standards and UAE authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, NIP, etc.).
  • Mentor engineers and production teams on precision sheet metal systems, tolerances, and quality control processes.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 15+ years of progressive experience in architectural and structural sheet metal works, preferably in iconic façade or landmark projects.
  • Deep knowledge of stainless steel, solid aluminum, perforated panels, and structural steel subframes.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, CNC operations, and on-site assembly sequencing.
  • Proficiency or working knowledge in multiple 3D/engineering platforms (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Rhino, Grasshopper, or Creo).
  • Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and cross-functional management skills.
