What You ll Do

* Lead the engineering scope of assigned projects and support operations in post-sales activities
* Provide technical expertise for ICT, Wi-Fi, data, and security solutions
* Prepare and deliver high-level and low-level design documents
* Configure, install, and troubleshoot ICT, AV, and ELV systems including networks and security devices
* Generate Wi-Fi heatmaps, schematics, and topology diagrams for project handover
* Ensure project documentation including material submittals, method statements, and O&M manuals is completed accurately
* Monitor procurement, deliveries, and project PR requests, coordinating with procurement teams
* Conduct lessons-learned sessions, maintain certification levels, and stay updated on emerging technologies
* Track service tickets, prepare weekly reports, and escalate issues as per internal procedures
* Collaborate with project managers, presales, and drafting teams to ensure timely submissions

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecom
* Minimum 5 years of experience in design, implementation, and support of ELV/ICT systems
* Certified in ELV systems with hands-on experience across ICT, AV, BMS, and structured cabling
* Proficiency in Cisco solutions with exposure to Aruba, Dell, Alcatel, and Ruckus networking technologies
* Strong knowledge of voice, IP telephony, wireless, SD-WAN, virtualization, and network management software
* Skilled in multi-layer security implementation, tiered network architecture, and campus networks
* Excellent customer service skills with strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
* Experience preparing calculations, drawings, and technical documentation for complex projects
