Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on digital technologies and best practices.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
  • Change Management: Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions to new digital initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful integration of new technologies.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients staff on new digital tools and processes.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management experience with tools like Agile or Scrum.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.
