Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Recruit and train new team members
- Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties (off-plan, residential, or commercial) and close deals
- Drive performance through coaching and accountability
- Monitor daily activities, listings, and deal closures
- Oversee client management and ensure high service standards
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
- Report directly to senior management with regular performance updates
Desired Candidate Profile
✔Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Dubai real estate
✔Leadership skills with a strong sales background
✔Familiarity with portals like Bayut & Property Finder
✔RERA Certified (preferred)
✔Strong communication and team-building mindset
