Team Leader - Business Setup Services

Role: Devotion Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader with a proven track record in the Business Setup Services sector within Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Relationship Managers and sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the Dubai business landscape, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute comprehensive business setup plans to ensure seamless client onboarding.

-Provide Leadership and Team Management

-Provide expert guidance on UAE business laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

-Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify business opportunities.

-Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.

-Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

-Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

Requirements:

-Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a business set up consultancy, in UAE.

-In-depth knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and regulations.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
