Roles & Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role includes handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Manage guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
Ensure compliance with Accor service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Saudi nationality (mandatory).
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Front Office or Customer Service.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in shifts (morning, evening, night).
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent hotel systems is an advantage.
