Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end talent management process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.

Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

Coordinate and facilitate training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and performance.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all HR documentation.

Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs.

Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

Support succession planning and career development initiatives for employees at various levels.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws in all HR activities.

Contribute to employer branding efforts to position Royal Herbs as an employer of choice in the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related HR function.

Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.

Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
