Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness
- Prepare reports on training metrics and program outcomes
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Assist in the development of career development plans and succession planning initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and e-learning content
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and learning management systems (LMS)
- Data analysis and reporting abilities
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of talent development best practices and trends
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience with e-learning platforms and content development tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
