Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: We re a boutique management consulting firm based in Qatar, and we re looking for a dynamic individual to support our recruitment, business development, and administrative functions.


This is a full-time job, fully remote.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

Format and prepare PowerPoint-based candidate profiles for client presentation.

Maintain and update the internal candidate database.

Liaise with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

2. Business Development Support

Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including drafting content in PowerPoint and Word.

Conduct market and competitor research to support proposal development and strategic initiatives.

Maintain records of business development activities and track opportunities.

3. Administrative and Operational Support

Organize and schedule internal and client meetings.

Draft and send meeting invitations, coordinate calendars, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other documentation as required.

Support day-to-day administrative tasks and general office coordination.

4. AI and Productivity Tools

Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok, etc.) to enhance productivity in research, writing, and content generation.

Explore new tools and recommend process improvements using AI or automation.


Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

2 5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, admin, or business support (consulting background is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Comfortable using Gen AI tools and productivity platforms.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Professional demeanor and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
