Job Details :

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 2 years in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate job roles, licensing requirements, and industry-specific terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience recruiting real estate brokers, sales agents, or property consultants.
Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processing (if applicable).
Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate offers.
