Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective and innovative
    recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand
    staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.

  • Design and implement efficient frameworks for job
    postings and applicant tracking.

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to
    identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of
    candidates for current and future job openings.

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate
    qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Administer assessments or tests as necessary for
    the specified job requirements.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a
    positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Monitor the conduct of interviews, and review the shortlist of candidates and liaise with hiring managers for
    recommendations and rationale concerning the selected candidate.

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to
    provide updates on their application status.

  • Monitor the job offers, supervise the negotiation.
    Of contract terms, and manage pre-hire relationships.

  • Facilitate a smooth transition for candidates
    from offer acceptance to onboarding.

  • Actively promote the company's employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions
    to build relationships with potential candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment
    laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records
    in the applicant tracking system.

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to
    measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

  • Provide regular updates to management on
    recruitment progress and initiatives.


  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
      Human Resources,

    • 2 3 years of experience working in talent
      acquisition function.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
    • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to
      proactively source candidates.

    • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping
      up with industry trends.

    • Fluent business English is a must.
