Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).
Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.
Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.
Act as a focal point between internal departments for onboarding.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of sales experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent Communication Skills
