Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

  • Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking).

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • 2 4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical industries.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
