About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist with solid experience supporting recruitment and HR operations within the real estate and brokerage sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for sales, leasing, administrative, marketing, and accounting roles, while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate market requirements and RERA-related job functions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, shortlisting, offer preparation, and onboarding • Recruit for real estate roles: brokers, leasing agents, sales consultants, administrative staff, marketing, and accounts • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent mapping • Create and align job descriptions with departmental needs • Handle offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities • Support HR operations including attendance, leave tracking, and employee record management • Coordinate between HR, sales teams, brokers, HR managers, and management to ensure smooth hiring workflows and timely placements • Maintain a positive candidate experience in a competitive real estate market
