Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the full recruitment lifecycle for Arabic-speaking professionals, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging online platforms, networking, and industry events to attract top-tier Arabic-speaking talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and benefits discussions, ensuring a fair and competitive package.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the Arabic-speaking market.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract Arabic-speaking candidates.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics, to measure effectiveness.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Holds professional certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting Arabic-speaking talent.
- Has prior experience working within the finance, or consulting industries is preferred.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication.
- Has a preference for candidates with experience in the Middle East or North Africa (MENA) region.
