Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the company.
- Represent the company at career fairs, university job events, and networking functions to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic institutions.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and future roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Employer Branding:
- Manage and grow the company s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to attract and engage talent.
- Create content that showcases company culture, employee stories, and achievements.
- Plan and execute internal team engagement activities, including events, employee spotlights, and appreciation programs.
- Partner with Marketing/Design for branding support when needed.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve branding strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in recruitment, employer branding, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience organizing or participating in career fairs and university outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other employer branding tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and team engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in HR tech platforms or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Event planning and project coordination experience.
- Strong copywriting or content creation skills for social media.
