Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and energetic system administrator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for managing a cloud call center solution including call center VoIP system and call management software.

Here s where you come in

  • Responsible for network administration, including routing, switching, and firewall configuration.
  • Call center software configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting of call routing and call queuing.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the uptime of call center systems.

Do you have the keys to success?

  • 3+ years of related (system administrator) experience with a reputed organization.
  • Previous experience from a major BPO/ Telecom firm is desired.
  • Deep knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and call center systems.
  • Experience with call centers software and hardware, such as PBX systems and IP phones.
  • Strong understanding of call center metrics and reporting, such as call volume, abandonment rate, and average call handle time.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc will be an added advantage.

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
