Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure employee computer systems, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, backups, network infrastructure, and other IT devices.
Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and load balancers to ensure high availability and secure access.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software, networking, and hardware issues.
Monitor and manage backups, antivirus, and email security systems.
Support and manage AWS, Azure Cloud services, and Microsoft platform technologies such as Windows Server.
Configure and manage Fortinet firewalls to safeguard client networks.
Collaborate with corporate IT teams to deploy new technologies and services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Strong knowledge of Manage Engine, Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Windows Server roles and features.
Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
