Direct and assist the head waiters for more efficient cleaning. Ensure that the water temperature and quantities of cleaning products are appropriate and recorded. Assist with the setup of banquet dishes. Assist the cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Provide the cooks with the necessary supplies. Assist during banquets and buffets by transporting items and ensuring sufficient stock levels. Bring cleaned items to the appropriate locations. Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment, including dishwashers, handwashing stations, washbasins, and waste compactors. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, reinforcing disciplinary rules, motivating, and coaching employees.

Follow and apply all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure you wear a clean and complete work uniform; maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times in the workplace; respect confidentiality in the dissemination of information specific to the banner and/or hotel and protect all company property. Greet and receive guests according to company standards, anticipate and respond to guest needs. Use clear and courteous language in all communications. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with your peers; unite and support each other to achieve common goals. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Independently move, lift, carry, push, pull, and set down loads weighing up to 23 kg. Be accustomed to working standing up, sitting down, and moving around for extended periods. Be able to perform extension and flexion movements on the knees, including bending, turning, pulling, and stooping. Move on slippery, uneven, or sloping surfaces. Perform all other tasks assigned by supervisors and related to the position.
