Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across the team. The ideal candidate will manage staff performance, coordinate tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities and guide team members
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain quality standards and operational procedures
- Provide training, support, and performance feedback to staff
- Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a team in a fast paced environment
- Good problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must be currently available in the UAE
