What this job involves:

The Sub-Regional Small Maintenance Project (SMP) Manager is responsible for directly managing small maintenance projects across the GCC markets while providing governance and oversight for the wider MENAT regions SMP performance. This hands-on role combines project execution with data consolidation and reporting to regional clients, requiring close collaboration with the clients capital project partners

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage the execution of small maintenance projects across GCC markets, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
  • Take ownership of MENAT region small maintenance projects data within JLL s SP Tracker for compliance and data integrity
  • Operate within global governance frameworks and communicate performance data for MENAT region
  • Create comprehensive reports on SMP performance for regional clients and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their capital project partners
  • Prepare and manage project budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain the SP-ECM Tracker and work with suppliers on energy calculation templates
  • Support sustainability initiatives by quantifying energy savings and ensuring proper documentation

Desired Or Preferred Experience And Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of construction, maintenance processes, and fit-out project management
  • Knowledge of building systems, standards, and GCC/MENAT market regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools
  • Competence with MS Office suite and project management software
  • Understanding of energy calculation methodologies and ESG principles
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship building

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field, or commensurate experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in facilities management or maintenance projects
  • Experience managing fit-out projects and small-scale renovations
  • Previous experience working in the GCC region
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
