Roles & Responsibilities

Overview
The Student Relations Manager ensures students and parents have a seamless and well-supported learning experience. This role combines academic oversight, relationship management, and operational support to track student progress, maintain curriculum standards, and support smooth operations across multiple centers.

Student Experience & Academic Support

  • Coordinate diagnostic assessments for new students and provide accurate reporting.
  • Track student progress and ensure timely completion of assessments.
  • Review lesson quality and tutor feedback to maintain academic standards.
  • Identify students needing additional support and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Support curriculum alignment across IB, British, and American programs.

Parent & Student Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents regarding student progress and feedback.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families to support engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate parent meetings, assessment days, and progress discussions.
  • Address concerns promptly and professionally.

Operational & Cross-Center Support

  • Provide academic and administrative support across multiple centers.
  • Collaborate with tutors and administrative teams to support scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with academic events, student assessments, and center initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in similar role, preferably with IB, British, or American curricula.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Proactive, solution-oriented, and student-focused.
    Ability to monitor academic quality and support curriculum delivery.
    Flexible with working hours and travel between centers as required.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Attested highest qualification certificate.
  • UAE and home country police clearance certificates.

Location:

Based at The Tutoring Center Dubai – Meadows Village, with scheduled travel to other centers each week.

Working Days: 5 days per week (Sunday & Monday off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
