Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive / Student AdmissionCounselor with proven experience in student admissions within the UAE educationsector. The role involves counseling prospective students, converting leads intoenrollments, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and convert prospective students through calls, meetings, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Counsel students on courses, certifications, and training programs based ontheir career goals.
Promote and sell educational programs to individuals and corporate clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow up using CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, open days, and promotional events.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Stay updated on course offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales and admissions reports for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory: 2–5 years of experience in student admissions or education sales within the UAE.
Experience working in an education or training institute in Dubai is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, or other languages will be anadded advantage.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Must be currently residing in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
