Site Supervision & Leadership

• Supervise and lead shuttering carpenters and formwork teams on site
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other trades

Formwork & Structural Execution

• Oversee installation of formwork for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and retaining walls
• Ensure correct alignment, levels, dimensions, and structural integrity
• Implement high-quality shuttering techniques suitable for exposed and architectural concrete finishes
• Manage dismantling and reuse of formwork materials without damage

Quality Control (Luxury Standards)

• Maintain premium finish standards expected in luxury villa construction
• Minimize honeycombing, joint lines, and surface defects
• Inspect shuttering before concrete pouring and approve readiness
• Ensure compliance with structural and architectural tolerances

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce site safety regulations and method statements
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of tools and materials
• Identify hazards related to formwork and implement preventive measures

Material & Resource Management

• Plan and request shuttering materials, tools, and accessories
• Control material usage, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage
• Maintain formwork systems (timber, plywood, steel, aluminum, or system formwork)

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with engineers for inspections and approvals
• Coordinate concrete pours and formwork schedules
• Report daily progress, manpower status, and material needs
• Assist in resolving site technical issues related to formwork
