Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural connection details, member sizing, and steel framing layouts
- Review, coordinate, and manage shop drawings with fabricators and subcontractors
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to meet design and construction requirements
- Provide technical support during fabrication, delivery, and on-site installation
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Ensure structural designs comply with relevant engineering codes and regulatory guidelines
- Resolve design clashes, technical queries, and site-related structural issues
- Support planning and management of the structural design scope for assigned projects

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Solid understanding of steel structural design principles and construction methods
- Minimum two years of hands-on experience using Tekla for structural steel works
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit
- Strong understanding of structural behaviour and engineering fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of independent problem-solving
- Willingness to attend site meetings and inspections as required
