What You ll Do

* Assist in creating and executing strategic plans that strengthen business growth and competitive advantage
* Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Build and manage reporting systems to optimize processes and drive automation
* Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align and deliver strategic projects
* Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on financial and operational feasibility
* Develop business cases, financial models, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
* Track progress of key projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time
* Drive operational improvements through KPIs, change management, and readiness assessments
* Stay updated on global e-commerce and food delivery trends to introduce innovative strategies
* Support preparation of high-quality reports and recommendations for senior management

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, or project management, preferably in e-commerce or fast-paced industries
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field; Master s degree preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven data-handling skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging leadership teams
* Strong knowledge of data structures and reporting tools; BI experience is a plus
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and innovative thinker with a proactive approach
* Positive energy and team-oriented mindset, able to inspire and motivate peers
