Position Overview

Store Operations Associate Dubai, UAE will support the operations team by managing reports, sales figures, staff-related information, and store administration tasks. The role involves stock control, cash office responsibilities, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth store operations and accurate reporting.

What You ll Do


* Provide accurate data and reports to senior admin staff for timely decision-making
* Maintain staff information and coordinate with regional operations and HR offices
* Support stock accuracy checks and verify supplier invoices for approval and payment
* Follow up with suppliers on outstanding invoices and ensure timely settlement
* Handle daily cash office tasks including reconciliation, banking, petty cash, and credit card reporting
* Prepare accurate MIS and financial reports to enable commercial planning
* Support induction training for new staff on administrative procedures
* Manage stock receipts, store transfers, returns to warehouse, and adjustments in the system
* Ensure accuracy of warehouse deliveries and periodic stock checks with the commercial team
* Order stationery and support general admin tasks for the store

Ideal Profile

* High school diploma required, bachelor s degree preferred
* 2 5 years of retail or store administration experience
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge preferred
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to prepare trade reports
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities with customer focus
* Quick learner with ability to adapt to new technology and processes
