Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement effective organization strategies for storing and retrieving technical parts and equipment to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes related to inventory handling and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and analyze usage patterns for better forecasting.
  • Conduct regular inspections of storage areas to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to meet operational needs while minimizing excess.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks, exhibiting strong organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret stock data and identify trends, leading to improved inventory practices.

  • Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred, providing context for technical materials and tools.

  • Someone who has worked in an interior company specially blinds and curtains is an advantage but not mandatory
